Biography

Esther Raty focuses her practice on commercial litigation and business litigation, representing national banks and other financial services industry clients in a wide range of claims brought against them. She also represents national businesses in contract, tort, and employment disputes. Beginning her legal career at a bank, Esther’s first-hand experience allows her to better understand her financial institutional clients.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Esther is experienced in bankruptcy-related litigation, working with chapter 7 trustees and other aggrieved parties on asset recovery and fraud remediation.

Esther is also committed to pro bono service, helping individuals and families seek asylum and representing them in related proceedings.
