Ethan S. Itzhaki

Ethan is an associate in the firm’s Casualty Department, where he supports the defense of a wide range of general liability claims. His practice includes matters involving automobile and trucking and transportation liability, as well as cases related to construction injuries, premises and retail liability, rideshare incidents, and fraudulent or suspicious insurance claims.

He is involved in all stages of litigation, from case intake and initial investigation through discovery and motion practice. Ethan works closely with senior attorneys to develop efficient defense strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes through strategic resolution or trial preparation.

While in law school, he gained valuable experience through internships, and time at the International Justice Clinic which laid the foundation for his current work defending complex liability matters.

Originally from San Diego, California, Ethan earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served as president of the Jewish Law Association and gained hands-on experience working at firms focused on liability and mass tort litigation.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys live music, working out, and reading. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
