Mr. Evans is competent in both prosecution and defense. He is well versed in the law and rules of court. Mr. Evans is able to grasp the complexities of a case, as well as of the witnesses and defendants. He gets it. Mr. Evans understands reasonable doubt. He is enough of a prosecutor to convict if the facts so warrant. He is also fair and open-minded enough not to exploit the inequalities of the system.
