Biography

Eugenie F. Temmler is a partner of the firm. Her areas of practice include family law and litigation, including employment litigation. Ms. Temmler joined the firm immediately after graduation from law school and later spent many years in a boutique firm devoted exclusively to family law prior to re-joining the firm.

Ms. Temmler is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court (District of New Jersey) and the United States Courts of Appeals (Second and Third Circuits). She is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association and the Family Law Executive Committee. She is a regular member of Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels and has lectured on family law topics. She also devotes pro bono time to Partners for Women and Justice and Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.

Ms. Temmler earned both her B.A. (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from Rutgers University.
