Eugenio Ballesteros Wise

Eugenio Ballesteros Wise focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory law. With experience representing both national and international clients, Eugenio has participated in significant M&A transactions, including the sale of corporate groups, the drafting of intercompany contracts, assignments of rights, loans, purchase agreements, and negotiations for share purchase agreements.

He also has experience preparing shareholders’ meeting minutes and corporate resolutions, conducting corporate audits, handling procedures before the National Registry of Foreign Investments, and managing the incorporation, dissolution, and liquidation of commercial companies, as well as foreign investment matters and the incorporation of business entities.
