Biography

Eusebio is an Associate in Greenberg Traurig’s London Banking & Finance practice.

He focuses on syndicated lending, private credit, and bespoke financing transactions, advising sponsors, borrowers, arrangers, and lenders on complex cross border financings, including senior secured term loans, unitranche facilities, and revolving credit facilities.

Eusebio also has experience in capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings and related disclosure and execution workstreams.

• Acted as local counsel to international law firms on M&A transactions involving Paraguayan subsidiaries of multinational companies. °

• Reviewed and drafted pre acquisition agreements in M&A transactions involving Paraguayan companies.°
