Specialties, Experience:

Extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Specializes in the areas of automobile negligence, trucking and transportation, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, collection and repossession and insurance fraud. Has successfully handled multiple jury trials and bench trials in both superior and municipal court, as well as over 300 arbitration and mediation proceedings.

One Highlight:

In a recent jury trial, Mr. Berman convinced the judge to grant a non-suit in favor of the firm's client — the first non-suit this particular judge had granted in over 10 years on the bench.

Away from the Law:

Mr. Berman was a nationally ranked junior tennis player and played college varsity tennis at the University of Illinois. He enjoys golfing and is an avid sports fan.
