Biography

Evan was born and raised in Santa Maria, belonging to a large family native to the California Central Coast.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, studying pre-law courses at UCI before graduating in 2016.

Evan then earned his law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California. While in law school, Evan interned at Higbee & Associates in Santa Ana, California. He also interned at Stark Legal Enterprises in Laguna Niguel, California, where he gained valuable experience in estate planning and administration.

Evan focuses his practice on general business and real estate transactions with work in estate planning and administration for the families associated with his business clients.

Evan lives in Orcutt with his wife, Caitlin, who is also from the Central Coast. They have three children together.
