Mr. Kerstetter focuses his practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Evan served as a Family Law Clerk to the Honorable W. Todd Miller, J.S.C. in Atlantic County. He also served as a Probate Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Blee, P.J. Ch. in Atlantic County.
