Evan Buxner graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1990 and completed his law degree at Saint Louis University in 1993. Mr. Buxner graduated from Saint Louis University Cum Laude, and was a staff member on the Saint Louis University Public Law Review.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Buxner was employed by one of St. Louis' most prestigious trial law firms and within months obtained his first winning jury verdict. Mr. Buxner also worked on numerous consumer class actions dealing with defectively designed cellular telephones, predatory lending, allegations of fraud arising out of credit card transactions and adverse drug reactions.

In 2003 Mr. Buxner opened his own firm. Continuing a tradition of representing individuals injured by dangerous products, he has represented thousands of people hurt by the dangerous drugs Baycol, Vioxx, Bextra, Accutane, Yaz, Reglan, Chantix, Actos, Granuflo and Avandia. He has also successfully represented individuals hurt by dangerous products used in hospitals and construction, like Asbestos.
