Biography

Evan Clark is a dedicated legal advocate with a reputation for creative leadership, forward-thinking strategies, and delivering meticulous work product. Her practice includes the defense of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, civil litigation, general liability, products liability, and premises liability matters. She also has significant transactional experience, enabling her to provide clients with both skilled advocacy and practical business solutions.

Evan is a strategic and detail-oriented litigator who blends deep liability defense experience with practical business insight gained from years as corporate counsel and as a licensed commercial insurance broker. She is recognized for crafting tailored legal solutions that resolve disputes efficiently while protecting client interests and supporting long-term goals.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Evan served as counsel for an international business conglomerate, overseeing insurance and risk management programs along with a wide range of claims, including ocean cargo and overland transportation, workers’ compensation, property, and product liability matters. She also handled trademark and copyright applications, negotiated vendor and service agreements, drafted real estate leases and asset purchase contracts, and advised on strategic partnerships and corporate acquisitions. Earlier in her career, Evan practiced as a litigation attorney at a Los Angeles-based business law firm, representing clients in jury and bench trials in federal, state, and administrative courts on matters involving arbitration, civil and criminal litigation, bankruptcy, probate, and regulatory proceedings. Before becoming an attorney, Evan was a licensed commercial insurance broker, developing and managing business insurance programs, and also worked with the Orange County District Attorney’s Workers’ Compensation and Automobile Insurance Fraud Unit. This combination of litigation, corporate counsel, and insurance experience enables her to assess risk from multiple perspectives and develop strategies aligned with each client’s operational goals.

Evan leverages her diverse legal and business background to anticipate client needs, identify potential risks, and design proactive strategies. She partners closely with clients from the outset of a matter through resolution, ensuring that each step is aligned with both legal objectives and business priorities.

Evan is Co-Chair of Ways & Means for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County Glass Slipper Guild’s Board of Directors, a Founding Member and current Executive Officer of The Tom Bradley - Arleigh Woods American Inn of Court, and serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors for Southwestern Law School and the University of California, Irvine Alumni Association’s Scholarship Committee. She is committed to the continual pursuit of knowledge and excellence in all aspects of her life, with particular dedication to the legal craft. Through her Inn of Court leadership, she develops and presents continuing legal education programs that promote professionalism, civility, and advocacy skills, while her alumni and community roles advance scholarship, mentorship, and service.
