Evan D. Baker

Evan D. Baker., a resident of Park Ridge, New Jersey, is a Partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., and concentrates his practice in the area of civil trial litigation. Evan graduated with Honors from Rutgers College where he was a Henry Rutgers Honors Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  He subsequently attended Seton Hall University School of Law of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate in 1995. While at Seton Hall University Law School, Evan was the Judicial Intern to Alvin Weiss, P.J.S.C. Evan is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and has been re-certified twice.  Evan is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey (1995), New York (nois (2007), as well as the New Jersey Federal District Court.  Evan’s entire career has been devoted to representing the seriously injured and has tried over sixty cases to verdict. At Davis, Saperstein and Salomon, P.C., Evan manages a civil litigation practice group and 100% of his practice is personal injury litigation; including motor vehicle accidents, trucking and bus accidents, dog bites, product liability claims, professional malpractice lawsuits as well as premises accidents of all natures. He is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice. Evan has been voted to the Top  Attorneys in New Jersey 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 , 2020., 2021 and 2022  He was selected to be included in New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.  He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers.  Evan has been a featured speaker for the American Bar Assocation and the NJ Assocation for Justice and has lectured on topics as diverse as depositions, dog bites and social media in civil litigation.
