Evan O’Brien leverages his broad experience in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court on behalf of the firm’s clients. Prior to joining DRM, Evan was associated with an international law firm in New York, where he represented clients in cutting-edge securities, contract, antitrust, and class-action litigation, and was a member of the trial teams in two landmark securities actions brought in the Southern District of New York. Evan is experienced in all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
