Evan is a member of the Professional Liability Department where she defends municipalities and their employees in contract and tort matters, including wrongful death actions, labor and employment issues and allegations of civil rights violations.

Evan received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology and Theater from Case Western Reserve University and her juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio.
