Biography

Evan represents health care providers ranging from large educational institutions to local community medical centers in medical malpractice matters. His experience includes working with senior shareholders from case inception through to trial preparation. Evan has drafted extensive submissions, including pleadings, motions and legal briefs in trial and appellate matters.

While working as a student attorney with a health rights legal clinic, Evan represented clients in hearings related to appeal of Medicaid benefits denial. He also drafted legal arguments and argued cases before an administrative law judge.

Evan graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School, and received his B.S. from Lehigh University, where he was a national merit scholarship winner.

Outside of the office, Evan volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and is a referee for youth and college level rugby matches through the Eastern PA Rugby Referees Association.
