F. Douglas P. Evans

Doug has a broad range of experience in residential and commercial real estate matters, real estate finance, title insurance matters and secured transactions. He regularly represents clients engaged in real estate transactions (both buyers and sellers), financing, leasing (both landlords and tenants) and development. He also represents and advises lenders in the preparation and review of loan documents involved in financing matters. His involvement in title insurance matters includes the issuance of title insurance policies to owners and lenders as well as the representation of title insurance underwriters handling claims made by insureds under title insurance policies. He is an approved attorney and agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
