Biography

Faith Kalman Reyes has extensive litigation practice in the areas of employment law and litigation (representing employers), title insurance and land use, foreclosure, commercial litigation, contested probate matters, appellate law, and general civil litigation.

In her employment law practice, Ms. Reyes provides legal advice to employers, conducts investigations and employee interviews, responds to agency audits and charges, and represents employers in litigation.

In her civil litigation practice, Ms. Reyes represents – both in trial courts and on appeal – non-profit organizations, their managers and boards; corporate and business entities; individuals in business, real estate, probate, commercial and insurance litigation; and lenders in foreclosure and related litigation and transactions.

She has presented seminars on the topics of employment law, roads and easements, boundary law, and legal ethics.
