Biography

Faitherly Clair Caudio is an Associate in the firm's Jacksonville office, where she practices in the area of general civil liability.

In 2021, she graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, magna cum laude.

In 2025, she received her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, cum laude.

While at FIU, Ms. Caudio was a member of the FIU Moot Court Competition Team, where she competed in the 2024 Claude Pepper National Moot Court Competition and advanced to the octo-final round. As a member of the FIU Trial Advocacy Team, Ms. Caudio participated in the 2025 American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, where her team advanced to the semi-finals.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Caudio served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She was also a Law Clerk at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc.

Ms. Caudio was born and raised in Fleming Island, FL.
