Biography

Fallon Martina Howard is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. She focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Howard graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice/Criminology. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. During law school, Ms. Howard served as the Secretary and Vice President of the Black Law Student Association. She was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team where she represented Duquesne Law in competitions. During her time in law school, she was a Certified Legal Intern for the Youth Advocacy Clinic and the Family Law Clinic.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Howard worked as a Law Clerk at a civil defense firm in Pittsburgh, PA. she also worked as a Legal Intern for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Corporate Legal Department.
