Faraz Ravanbakhsh: Attorney with Preszler Injury Lawyers

Biography

Faraz is an associate at Preszler Law where he maintains a litigation practice focused on institutional abuse cases and personal injury litigation. He takes pride in assisting clients who have been harmed or injured. His core practice area is general institutional abuse cases, but he is proud to assist clients who have been injured or harmed outside the institutional context as well.

Faraz graduated from Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Law in 2018. He commenced his career by summering and articling at Canada’s largest law firm where he gained significant exposure to complex litigation. He decided early on that he was passionate about helping individual claimants as opposed to large institutional entities. As a result he is now proud to call Preszler Law his home.

In Ontario, Faraz has appeared before most levels of court for various matters including the Supreme Court of Canada, where he helped draft the factum for the Law Society of Ontario in its constitutional case against Trinity Western University.
