Biography

Fatin Haddad focuses her practice on corporate transactions, counseling clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate governance and other business transactions.

Prior to private practice, Fatin was a member of the in-house legal team of a U.S. energy company that completed the development, construction and sale of a wind farm valued at over $100 million. Fatin was later promoted to the company’s executive management team where she was responsible for structuring and negotiating the company’s commercial transactions as well as developing and implementing the company's strategic business plan.

Fatin’s experience in business management and strategy has given her the unique opportunity to bring business acumen to her legal practice.
