Prior to his elevation to Partner, Fiachra served as a Senior Associate at the Firm. Before joining MCB, he was an associate attorney at a full-service law firm in New York, where he developed expertise in medical and podiatric malpractice, long-term care litigation, and OPMC/OPD investigations. His experience spans all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including complex legal research, depositions, and consulting with medical experts to prepare for arbitration, mediation, and trial. Additionally, Fiachra brings a unique global perspective to his practice, having served in-house for a capital finance enterprise in Dublin, Ireland, and as a compliance associate and investigator for a trust company in New York.
