Biography

A respected trial attorney serving victims of personal injury and wrongful death survivors for more than 30 years

Fidel Rodriguez, Jr. has tried personal injury, construction and products liability cases throughout South Texas for more than three decades. He takes particular pride in representing the working person against big companies and believes that our system of justice guarantees equal rights to all citizens, regardless of race, religion, age or social standing.

Mr. Rodriguez was born in Kingsville, Texas. He comes from a hardworking family with deep roots in South Texas — his father was a master bricklayer, and his mother was a secretary to the local small-town doctor. He is an Eagle Scout, involved in numerous school activities, and graduated second in his class at Bishop High School.

Mr. Rodriguez has been married to Anabel since 1984. They are the proud parents of two sons and one daughter. Mr. Rodriguez is fluent in English and Spanish.
