Experience: Real estate transactions: Advised a global real estate services and investment company in connection with sale of the LPP Distribution Center logistics facility to REICO Long Lease, a fund managed by REICO IS EAM, part of the aeska sporitelna banking group within Erste Group.; Advised Blackstone on the sale of the Piastow Office Center in Szczecin to the joint venture established by BUD Holdings and Investika Real Estate Fund.; Advised TMS Inwestycje, a company owned by Tobias Solorz, on the acquisition of the 148-room Hotel Inn Resort Warszawa Jozefow from Aquila Group.; Advised global real assets investment manager CBRE Investment Management (CBREIM) throughout the year on closing in stages on 49 premium logistics assets across Europe and the United States. In Europe, this landmark deal was one of the largest real estate transactions executed in 2022.; Advised Dom Development in connection with the acquisition of a 100% ownership stake in BUMA Group's residential portfolio from Giovanni Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety.; Advised on a transaction relating to a logistics portfolio transaction situated in the Warsaw metropolitan area, which was acquired by Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors.; Advised EQT Exeter in connection with the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio consisting of five selected class-A warehouse projects.; Advised Partners Group in connection with the acquisition of 11 A-class office properties from BUMA's portfolio, including two sites under development, with a total leasable area (GLA) of approx. 125,000 sqm, located in Krakow and Wroclaw.; Advised Union Investment on the acquisition of a multiplex cinema operating under the Cinema City brand from a Cineworld Group company. The total value of the Transaction was approx. PLN 744 million.; Advised on the demerger of ING Securities, a company from ING Bank Slaski group.; Advised Innova Capital, a private equity fund, on the acquisition of a majority stake in PEKAES S.A. from Kulczyk Investments S.A. and Kulczyk Holding S.A.; Advised BNP Paribas in connection with the acquisition of 90% of the shares in Bank Gospodarki Zywnosciowej S.A. from Rabobank. The value of the transaction was PLN 4 billion.; Advised Grupa LOTOS S.A. in connection with a PLN 1 billion public offering of shares.
