Fiona Jane Van Dyck

Fiona Van Dyck is committed to making the legal process feel less intimidating and more empowering for every client she serves. She works closely with individuals and families, taking time to understand their personal circumstances and the outcomes they want to achieve. Known for being responsive, capable, and practical, Fiona tailors each meeting and every set of documents to fit the client’s needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. She is also recognized as a trusted educator in her field and has been selected by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office to train its attorneys on estate planning, estate administration, and elder law as part of their continuing legal education program. Fiona regularly presents seminars on estate planning and elder law topics, including Medicaid planning and VA Aid and Attendance benefits. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and an LL.M. from the University of London. Fiona is an accredited VA attorney and belongs to NAELA, WealthCounsel, and ElderCounsel. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Certified Alzheimer Disease and Dementia Care Trainer. Outside the office, she enjoys running and volunteering, and previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Princeton Senior Resource Center.
