Biography

Flavio Van Boekel is the founder of the Van Boekel Law Group. Mr. Van Boekel is rated by Super Lawyers as "Rising Star 2017" in the field of Family and Matrimonial Law, Divorce, and Related Issues such as Custody and Child Support. He is also a Lawyer Awarded Top 100 Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyer Association and he is in the "Who's Who Hall" of the best in the legal profession. In addition, he is also a leadership member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Van Boekel is soon to be admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) and the Third Circuit District Court (the Federal Court of New Jersey).

Mr. Van Boekel earned his Law Degree from Michigan State College of Law Cum Laude in 2009. While in law school, he clerked for the then Governor of Michigan Jennifer Granholm, and he also was an intern in the Attorney Grievance Commission, responsible for Ethics of Attorneys. Prior to Law School, Mr. Van Boekel has earned also a Bachelor Degree in Arts with a Major in Cultural Studies from State University of New York Empire State College. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Van Boekel was a paralegal who has dealt with law for over a decade before finally becoming a lawyer.

Mr. Van Boekel has had several trials under his belt including divorce, civil, deportation and criminal trials, countless motions, and have won the prestige and reputation of an excellent litigator even by the account of his adversaries reason why he has been selected to be a Super Lawyer, a peer reviewed selection that is granted only to 2.5% of all Attorneys in the State.
