Biography

Florian Seitz is a Senior Associate in the German Tax Law Practice Group. He mainly advises domestic and foreign companies as well as national and international investors, in particular in connection with cross-border transactions and financing, on issues of national and international tax law. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Florian worked for several years as a lawyer at a Hamburg-based transaction law firm in the field of tax law.
