Biography

Trey Mills is a trial lawyer and personal injury attorney serving Anderson, Greenville, and the Golden Corner of Upstate South Carolina. Recognized by Super Lawyers and America’s Top 50 Lawyers, Trey represents people injured in car accidents, tractor-trailer and motorcycle crashes, slip and falls/premises liability, nursing home neglect, wrongful death, and insurance bad-faith/claim denials. He has successfully tried cases in court and negotiates daily with insurers to maximize client recoveries.

Why He Fights

At 17, Trey was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia and given a two-week prognosis. He survived. Years later, after watching his mother fight lung cancer and battling insurers who denied necessary care, he chose a career built on one mission: level the playing field against insurance companies for families who can’t fight alone.

That experience fuels his commitment to fight for people facing overwhelming medical bills, lost wages, and insurance company denials.
