Biography

Fortis (Mike) Lawder is an experienced banking and commercial transaction attorney. He has represented financial institutions in many areas, and he served as general counsel for Metro Banc Holding Corporation for ten years. Mike also assists individuals and families in the preparation and execution of testamentary instruments, including the preparation of estate plans for estates with value ranges from a few hundred thousand dollars to estates exceeding millions of dollars.
