Franceen Rogovein: Attorney with Share Lawyers

Biography

Franceen joined the Share Lawyers team in 2024 as a Discovery Lawyer. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1989, and has worked exclusively in the field of insurance and personal injury. She has tried cases across the province and has appeared before all levels of the Courts and at the LAT. She taught Practice Management and Professional Responsibility at the Bar Admission Course and has lectured frequently on Civil Litigation and Trial Preparation through the Law Society of Ontario.

In 2013 she founded Rogovein Resolutions, having studied Mediation and Negotiating Techniques through both the University of Windsor and the University of Toronto. Franceen also trained in the Harvard method of dispute resolution. She has mediated over 1,000 cases and mentored many younger mediators.

In her spare time, Franceen enjoys baking cakes for her husband and sons. She is still trying to teach her rescue dog how to fetch. She volunteers with Jack Russell Terrier Rescue, helping to match dogs with their forever families. A proud breast cancer survivor, Franceen raises funds for the Run for the Cure and completes the 5k walk every October.
