Biography

Frances Adele Herrera is an Associate with the firm's Tampa office working in the labor and employment and general liability departments.

Ms. Herrera attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She later attended the University of Miami School of Law where she eared her Juris Doctor degree graduating cum laude. While attending the University of Miami, Ms. Herrera worked as a Research Assistant to her professor concentrating on privacy law and the First Amendment. During her time in law school, Ms. Herrera was a legal intern for the U.S. Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Herrera also interned at the City Attorney's Office for the City of Miami.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Herrera worked as an Associate on managed care and commercial litigation matters.
