This has allowed her to provide written coverage analyses on complex questions. She has provided coverage analyses on a wide range of difficult issues including copyright infringement, toxic tort legacy litigation, material misrepresentations, and claims against public entities. In addition, she is experienced in summary judgment motion practice and appellate advocacy, with much success attributed to her written briefs.

Frances is a native New Orleanian. She served as a law clerk to Justice Jeannette Theriot Knoll, Supreme Court of Louisiana, from 2002-2011. She is the mother of two daughters and has one adored granddaughter. When not working, she enjoys travel, reading, classic film, and cooking.
