Her journey in the legal field began with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in criminal justice from Fordham University, Bronx, New York, in 1993. During her college years, she gained valuable experience at the Bergen County Sheriff's Department, where she assisted in coordinating assignments for work release inmates.

Francesca's pursuit of legal excellence continued with her Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1997. Following her law school graduation, she completed a prestigious Judicial Clerkship from 1997 to 1998, under the guidance of the Honorable Lawrence D. Smith, Ret. J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. Shortly thereafter, she was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Federal Courts of New Jersey in January 1998.

For five years, Francesca honed her skills at a small personal injury firm in Clifton, New Jersey, actively trying cases and gaining invaluable courtroom experience.

In June 2003, Francesca joined Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold as an Associate and trial lawyer. Since then, she has showcased her prowess in successfully trying cases in numerous counties across the State of New Jersey and has effectively negotiated settlements, fiercely advocating for her clients' rights and interests.

Beyond her legal achievements, Francesca is a long-time resident of Bergen County since the age of 4, where she, along with her husband, is raising two children. She takes pride in her fluency in Italian, which allows her to connect and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
