Francesca Bove joined the firm as a law clerk in 2011, and as an attorney in 2012 upon her admission to the Vermont Bar. Attorney Bove’s diverse practice consists primarily of representing insured individuals, institutions and employers in the defense of lawsuits. She also advises health care institutions in regulatory compliance, and healthcare providers in front of appropriate licensing boards. Attorney Bove has a robust intellectual property practice, specializing in obtaining federal trademarks for her clients.

Honors And Award:

In 2015, Attorney Bove received the Vermont Bar Association’s Pro Bono Service Award. The award was based on Francesca obtaining summary judgment for her client, removing a 120-year deed restriction so that the client’s property may be used for general community service purposes.
