Frank N. Ciprero, a Partner at Pond Lehocky, found his calling as an
attorney based on a sense of duty instilled by his father—to stand

Graduating from
Dickinson College in 1995 with a B.A. in anthropology, Mr. Ciprero
earned his law degree from Dickinson School of Law of The
Pennsylvania State University in 1998. His legal journey began as a
legal intern for the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud
Control Division. Subsequently, he became a senior associate at a
mid-sized defense firm, handling workers’ compensation and general
liability defense litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Later, he joined a leading regional firm, focusing exclusively on
Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law.
In June 2010, Mr.
Ciprero joined Pond Lehocky, where he now serves as a Partner. His
practice remains dedicated solely to Pennsylvania workers’
compensation law, advocating for the rights of injured workers.
Recognized as a certified specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’
Compensation by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on
Workers’ Compensation Law, Mr. Ciprero has earned a place on both
the Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers lists.
He is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Active in the
legal community, Mr. Ciprero is a member of the Pennsylvania,
Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He also holds
memberships in the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the
Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Sharing his expertise, he has
been a guest lecturer at Villanova Law School on Pennsylvania
workers’ compensation law and frequently speaks on workers’
compensation issues.
Beyond his legal
pursuits, Mr. Ciprero is an accomplished ultra runner, participating
in some of the largest and most challenging ultra races in the U.S.,
with distances ranging up to 100 miles. The determination and effort
displayed in his running endeavors mirror the zeal he brings to
representing his clients, emphasizing his commitment to leveling the
playing field against insurance companies.
