Biography

Francisco "Franky" Vianello was born and raised in Miami, FL. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration before attending the University of Miami School of Law and graduating with a Juris Doctor degree.

Before joining Morgan and Morgan, Mr. Vianello was a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney at a distinguished plaintiff's law firm in Miami, Florida, where he secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Known for his skill and tenacity in the courtroom, Mr. Vianello has tried more than 20 civil jury trials to verdict, earning a strong reputation within the legal community as a dedicated and effective trial lawyer.

Mr. Vianello began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami, zealously representing both adult and juvenile clients in a wide range of criminal matters. During his tenure, he tried over 50 criminal cases to verdict, gaining invaluable trial experience and developing the courtroom advocacy skills that continue to define his practice today.

Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Vianello enjoys quality time with his two sons and proudly supports all of Miami's sports teams.
