Frank Powers is a managing partner at the Harris, Powers & Cunningham law firm. Frank has been licensed to practice in Arizona since 1990. While at John Marshall Law School, Frank served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review. Frank also had two articles relating to injury claims selected for publication in John Marshall's Law Review Journal.
