Frank Lacourt

Frank Lacourt is an Associate with Zumpano Patricios. Mr. Lacourt received his Master of Laws in Health Law with a concentration in Healthcare Compliance from Loyola University of Chicago. He focuses his practice on health care matters, including compliance with state and federal regulations, healthcare licensure matters, risk management, healthcare privacy, managed care, and antitrust matters. He is also a registered immigration attorney with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

Prior to joining Zumpano Patricios, Mr. Lacourt served as a Regulatory Compliance Officer, Risk Manager, and Privacy Officer for several health institutions. There, he dealt with a variety of state regulatory agencies, including AHCA, DCF, CDC, DOH, and DEA. Mr. Lacourt has experience with JCAHO related issues for Hospitals and Behavioral Health, as well as preparing Healthcare facilities for HOS, BHC and OTP surveys. Mr. Lacourt also has experience involving complex Healthcare compliance matters, Private and Medicare/Medicaid insurance contracts, developing and reviewing institutional policies (including Privacy Policies), HIPAA, and FERPA. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
