Frank received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. He was highly involved in the Student Bar Association and was the school’s sports director.

While attending law school he worked pro bono for the Multiple Conflicts Office in downtown San Diego, a division of the Public Defender’s Office.

While working for the Multiple Conflicts Office, he assisted staff attorneys in defending clients charged with serious criminal offenses, including felony murder.
