Frank is a partner with Shibley Righton LLP in the firm's Windsor office. Frank practices in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial, wills and estate planning. Frank represents a diverse clientele which includes individuals as well a businesses of various sizes. He takes a well-rounded approach in providing exceptional, personalized services to all of his clients. Frank has extensive experience in areas of business structuring, acquisitions, commercial leasing, business agreements, residential and commercial real estate. Frank obtained his law degree from the University of Windsor in 1990 and has been practicing law in the Windsor area since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1992. Born and raised in Windsor, Frank enthusiastically gives back to his community. In 2015 he joined the Board at the Community Health Foundation of Windsor Essex where he held the office of Secretary/Treasurer for 2 years before transitioning into the role of Board President.
