While Mr. Lowther is intelligent and agressively advocates for his clients, he lack's objectivity and judgement in determining the manner in which he proceeds on his clients' behalf. Mr. Lowther has a reputation for writing endless and unnecessary self serving correspondence (and affidaivts) which accomplish little of signiicance for his clients but costs them an excessive amount of wasted fees. Mr. Lowther's reputation among the senior bar is not in high regard.
