Biography

Fred began his professional career with KWGD in March of 1967 as the firm’s sixth attorney. Although his practice began in the litigation area, he quickly became focused primarily in the areas of business, contract and corporate law, estate planning/trusts, health care law and mergers and acquisitions. He frequently speaks to professional and civic groups on multiple subjects arising out of his primary areas of expertise.
