Although I am happy to rate Bill highly on the ethical standards scale, I do not feel qualified to rate his legal ability. (I put in "5" above only because I could not submit this review without checking some number). We attended law school together and I know he has his own practice, but...I have never used him as an attorney and he practices in a different county so I'm not even comfortable rating him by "word on the street".
