Fredner Prevalus

Fredner Prevalus is an Associate in the firm’s Mount Laurel office. His practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters, including the defense of clients in general liability, automobile and trucking litigation, and toxic torts. Drawing on his diverse academic and professional background, Fredner provides clients with practical legal counsel and effective advocacy.

Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Fredner served as a Senior Legal Specialist in the Banking and Insurance Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where he litigated insurance fraud matters. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Timika Lane of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and previously served as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Mala Sundar, Presiding Judge of the Tax Court of New Jersey.

During law school, Fredner earned a Tax Law certificate as well as a certificate in Antitrust & Regulatory Law from Cornell University. He also served as President of the American Constitution Society and Budget Committee Member for the Student Bar Association.

Prior to law school, Fredner spent several years in the financial services industry representing major banks as a broker after earning his Master of Arts in Economics from McMaster University where he worked as a Teaching Assistant. Fredner received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, with a Minor in Philosophy, graduating on the Dean’s List.
