Hogle never seems to be prepared for any Court appearance, be it a simple docket Court matter or a full-blown trial. He is disorganised and often late as he seems to set several matters at the same time. He bounces between courtrooms and lawyers on the other side know, from experience, that they will be put to the end of the Family Law motions list whenever Hogle is on the other side because of this.
