Biography

Gabe is a member of the Real Estate Practice and the Sports Business Industry groups in Greenberg Traurig’s Houston office. His real estate practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, with emphasis in public-private partnership (P3) developments involving sports facilities and large-scale entertainment districts. Gabe also represents developers, investors, lenders, universities, and other stakeholders in real estate financing, acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of retail, multi-family, industrial, office, and master-planned communities.

In addition to his real estate work, Gabe advises a diverse array of clients in the sports and entertainment industry on legal issues that drive their operations and growth. His experience includes negotiating and structuring sponsorships, brand partnerships, naming rights, serving rights, media agreements, influencer licensing, venue leasing, operations, and management arrangements. By combining deep industry knowledge with a strong real estate and business foundation, Gabe helps clients navigate legal nuances at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and real estate.
