Biography

Gabriel Diaz has experience representing clients in complex business disputes, including contract-related issues, partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud, unfair business practices, and other conflicts that arise between commercial competitors and business partners. In connection with these matters, he regularly drafts dispositive motions and represents clients at hearings and depositions. Gabriel’s experience litigating at the federal and state levels spans all stages of litigation, from drafting complaints through post-trial proceedings.
