Biography

Gabriella C. Ruggiero is a partner at HPM&B. She joined the firm in 2016. Gabriella represents individual physicians, health care facilities and hospitals in the defense of medical malpractice litigations. She handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including case development, legal research, fact investigation, motion support and suit evaluation.

Prior to joining HPM&B, Gabriella served as a law clerk at the City of Springfield Litigation Department. Additionally, she was a student attorney at Committee for Public Counsel Services and a law clerk for The Law Offices of Joseph D. Bernard a criminal law firm in Springfield, Massachusetts.

During law school, Gabriella served as a member of the Health Law Association, Chair of the Student Bar Association Social Committee, member of the Student Bar Association Budget Committee, member of the Student Bar Association Academic Standards and Student Petitions Committee, member of the Student Bar Association Honor Code Committee, member of the Student Bar Association Judicial Board, and a student representative of the Student Bar Association.

Gabriella is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
