Gabrielle L. DeYoung

Gabrielle L. DeYoung joined the firm as an associate in 2001 and practices Professional Liability and Product Liability.

Gabrielle DeYoung joined the firm in 2001. Prior to the joining the firm, Ms. DeYoung served as a law clerk to a panel of judges in Connecticut Superior Court in Stamford. She is an experienced litigator in federal practice and state court practice in New York and Connecticut. Her practice includes the defense of pharmaceutical and products liability claims. She has served as national coordinating counsel for an over-the-counter pharmaceutical manufacturer in state and federal mass tort actions and has administered class action settlements. Ms. DeYoung further defends health care providers, including hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, nurses, dentists, and other health care professionals. Additionally, she represents commercial and residential clients in high exposure premise liability actions.

Ms. DeYoung is a member of the New York Women's Bar Association. She is a member of the New York Road Runners association and has completed a marathon and several half marathons.

Ms. DeYoung is resident in the New York office.
