Prior Experience

Prior to joining Filippatos PLLC, Ms. Rosen Harvey was at Wigdor LLP where she handled on various matters involving all aspects of employment litigation, including cases of sexual harassment, sexual assault, retaliation, and discrimination based on gender, pregnancy, age, disability, race and LGBTQ+ status.

During law school, Ms. Rosen Harvey was an intern for the LGBTQ Justice Project at the ACLU of Mississippi and served as a law clerk at the Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center. In her third year, she represented clients in employment discrimination lawsuit and police brutality lawsuits as a Student Attorney in the Civil Rights and Federal Practice Clinic.
